Adult Ballet Foundations

Our Adult Ballet Foundations class is recommended for dancers with 1-2 years of experience, or for those returning after a break, focusing on foundational technique at a comfortable pace. The class covers core principles of ballet, from basic positions to essential movements, with clear demonstrations, explanations, and instructions every step of the way. 

Our class sizes are kept small so that every student receives feedback that will help you grow in flexibility, strength and body awareness.
